Power Your Climate Career. Accelerate Collective Action.
At Another Climate Collective (ACC), we believe the next generation of climate talent shouldn't just wait for opportunities, they should help build them. Our Intern Program connects students and graduates with the people, projects, and infrastructure shaping Australia's climate action ecosystem. This is a structured, mentor-led experience designed to develop your professional skills while you contribute tangible value to our collaborative mission. We match your passion with real responsibility.

More Than a Placement

Here, you integrate into the network that connects climate professionals, advocates, researchers, and organisations across the country. You won't be on the sidelines. You’ll be contributing to the shared infrastructure that makes collective action possible.

  • Learn by Doing

Gain hands-on experience in [mention potential areas, e.g., ecosystem mapping, community engagement, digital platform support, research coordination, event production] within a live, national climate network.

  • Structured Mentorship

Receive regular guidance from experienced practitioners. We invest in clear processes so you feel supported, know your goals, and can track your growth.

  • Build Your Network

Connect directly with diverse leaders and organisations across the ACC ecosystem, building relationships that last beyond your internship.

  • Flexible Contribution

We design project-based workstreams that respect your academic calendar and availability. We negotiate timelines that work for both of us.
